Custom-designed long reach booms available for all excavator brands with detailed dimensions for PC220 models.
Complete package includes lubricant pipe system, hydraulic system, bucket, bucket cylinder, linkage, pins, and hoses.
Option to use original stick cylinder or include new stick cylinder (included with this PC220 model).
Constructed with Q345B + Q690D steel (Weldox optional) with 42CrMo4 pins for superior durability.
Precision 45-degree beveled plates before welding for optimal joint strength.
Customizable additional pipelines available upon request.
Manual welding with 80% Argon and 20% CO2 protective gas mixture for premium weld quality.
Boring machine precision adjustment for all base joints and main structures to minimize welding stress tolerance.
Includes comprehensive parts list for easy maintenance and after-sales service.
Detailed dimension drawings provided for pre-order confirmation.
Includes anti-explode valve for stick cylinder (JCB220 model).
